"Exceptional"

The location is very convenient if you want to be in the walking distance from the historic centre (like some 15-20 mins), yet away from its buzz. Also, absolutely loved Yamaguchi Japanese garden and enjoyed morning walks there. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, a bit crowded with the necessary furniture to complete the apartment, and if it is 4 of you for the standard apartment you will feel a bit squashed. Bonus for the kitchen cleaning amenities. Always very needed, rarely provided. The breakfast in the cafe nearby while quite modest is very good and with Spanish character (the best tortilla I've tried so far). Staff is very helpful and always on the line. Access is easy with the provided codes. The sofa bed is ok, however, not too comfortable.

Lack of physical key in the apartment itself. While the team was very quick and helpful with fixing the electronic lock glitch it still gave me some moments of stress. The safe boxes in the rooms were closed/not functioning, so it was impossible to use. Your check-in forms are a bit too complicated. Again, I couldn't fill it couple of days prior to the arrival, so I had some worries that something might not work (it all did though).

"Apartamento impecable y práctico en zona tranquila."

El complejo es nuevo, moderno, limpio y funcional. Está en una zona tranquila y fácil aparcar por la calle. También hay opciones de parking privado.

Aunque el apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, se queda pequeño para 4 personas, dos han de dormir en el sofá cama, el cual no es muy cómodo. Respecto a la cama, el colchón es duro y las almohadas muy bajas. No hay manata o edredones extra para los que somos frioleros.

"Stress a chaque fois qu’on devait quitter et rentrer dans notre chambre ."

Très propre , calme et emplacement magnifique avec son grand parc Les restaurants à proximité.

Nous n’avons pas aimé le manque de contact avec du personnel à la réception, tout se passant par Internet et des accès codifiés. Nous avons eu des problèmes plusieurs fois pour entrer dans notre chambre ( le code 7 fois répété) nous créant du stress vu qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel , nous avons du demander de l’aide à un client qui sortait de sa chambre, qui a appelé un stantard . Nous ne pensons pas à l’avenir réserver des hôtels avec se système Impersonnel sans réception physique.

"Negocio muy rentable"

No hay recepción, es todo online, nos tuvieron 6 dias sin cambiar la ropa de cama y con las mismas toallas, solicité papel higiénico evidentemente recepción online y no pusieron.
