No secondary lock on door. No fire alarm. Unpleasant odors.
Room 108 door frame had been repaired and trim was cracked, there was no secondary means of securing the door. There were numerous flies in the room. I checked the drawers for bugs and found a previous guest had left several items in the lower drawer. Thankfully no bugs were found. The laboratory drain was slow and when the water level rose, small flies came out of the overflow. There was no wash clothes in the room so I showered without a wash cloth. You could not walk barefoot without getting dirt and other debris on your feet. The second day I went to the office and the office manager did not speak English, she had another lady take me to the cleaning storage room and she brought out a bed sheet. I explained the size of the wash cloth and she got one for me. No ice was available.
Oh the stay was lovely! I was looking for a cheap hotel with amenities and this one did not dissapoint. Plus the staff was very helpful to my friend when she went to the front desk to ask for more towels and she didnt understand english very well. Would definetely be going back!

I booked this motel due to the price and felt like the room was very comfortable for the price that I paid, it did have a musty smoky smell. It is in a more industrial area and did not seem like the safest area, but we didn't encounter anything in particular to worry me. The doors to the rooms seemed pretty hollow though and like someone could kick them in easily. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. However after staying for one night I discovered bed bugs in my room and let her know that I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay. It was difficult to explain to her why due to the language barrier, but we turned in our keys and got out of there. Seeing the replies from the motel on other reviews shows the type of unprofessional business they are running. It does not appear they plan to fix any of their issues but instead want to play the victim.
My flight was in late and didn’t reach the hotel until 11:15 pm. No one answered the phone or let me in. The hotels name wasn’t even Vento as stated on Expedia/Hotels. Com. I had to find another hotel for the night and they refused a refund.
Unsafe area and hard to get ahold of the staff
Bathroom flooring damaged, shower didn’t work properly, open breaker box in closet. Initially did not have a fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet draped across but I was able to get one from the staff. There was a mini fridge and microwave, which was nice but no coffee maker or ice machines. Booked for two nights, but only stayed one due to conditions.
