A lovely B & B which is beautifully run. The special little extras like home made slice and a bottle of wine makes aspiring lofts above average. A sunny balcony, comfortable bed and all very tastefully decorated. Clare and Jim are great hosts so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely host and great facilities and location

Claire is so nice and thoughtful! I’m dairy free, all of breakfast ingredients Claire prepared for us like bread, butter etc., were all dairy free. Room was very tidy and warm, Claire even gave us a bottle of wine, which was a great start of our Wanaka trip. View from balcony was stunning, could see galaxy during night.

Superb breakfast, nicely laid out apartment, even a bottle of good wine chilling in the fridge.

Room was scented which causes allergies for me. A bit awkward not having a sink in the kitchenette.

Beautiful location with a great view of the mountains. The warm reception of the hosts.

Jim and Claire were excellent hosts. with a beautiful property, great views, very clean and helped us with a booking for dinner. The bed was very comfortable and used high quality linen. the tv had Netflix, prime and Freeview and a lovely breakfast was provided. location is great with an easy walk to the centre of town and restaurants along the lake.

No major issues at all. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 rating.
