This was a property in transition. The pool has been concreted in, the sign still had the old hotel name, there was NO breakfast available, the ice machine didn’t work, our bathroom sink leaked, the room was not fully cleaned as there was still stuff in it. The shower was filthy. The blinds were broken but still usable.

I stayed first time this place found it's okay with prices. Rooms conditions needs little upgrades. Internet speed is too good. Management are friendly and the do offer free parking and free local calls. I will stay again if I come to Midland in near future
