El diseño es muy bonito, la atención del personal excelente, lugar tranquilo y seguro, no tiene acceso directo a playa tienes que caminar un poco pero cerca de restaurantes y bares.

Todo es hermoso en este lugar, los tragos y la comida deliciosos. El restaurante GlouGlou tiene muy buenos platillos y el desayuno es riquísimo. Sobra decir que la arquitectura del lugar es excepcional, con mucho detalle y con gran ambiente en cada espacio. Ayuda muchísimo que sea de concreto, se siente fresca casi todo el tiempo y es súper bello ver cómo se mete la vegetación a las terrazas. Aplausos por tener una canasta de fruta y agua para los huéspedes, solamente buscaría la manera de tenerla fresca. La fruta súper dulce, en su punto. La tiendita Honest, gran idea! Sobre las habitaciones: el ventilador no funciona bien, tiene poca intensidad y al estar pegado al mini split, no deja que el aire frío baje porque con las aspas lo avienta al techo y no enfría la habitación. El mini split hace mucho ruido para poder enfriar lo suficiente. Se escucha muchísimo el carrito de Housekeeping, las llantitas y las aspiradoras en la mañana, nos sucedió esto una vez que dormimos hasta las 930 am. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 7. La atención del equipo es excepcional, grandes recomendaciones y buenas pláticas. Gracias :D

El hotel tiene una arquitectura espectacular y el staff es muy atento. El hotel no tiene restaurante, lo cual, para un hotel de ese precio, es un punto en contra, más aún que la zona no tiene buenos restaurantes a su alrededor.

Not only was this property absolutely stunning, but the service, linens, cocktails, music, the whole package met the expectations I would have for a 5 star accommodation of 4x the price. Alex greeted me and offered a fantastic rundown of what to expect during my stay, Danny made me the best Old Fashioned I've had during my 1 month stay in Puerto Escondito, and Ruben was helpful with all of my touristy questions and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. There was a small blip in the end where a morking staff member not listed above attempted to charge me a pretty penny for the second occupant of my room, but as soon as management started shift, they quickly remidied the misunderstanding, so it was a non issue. Overall, I highly recommend Casa TO and will definitely come back to this region just to spend more time here.

It's a beautiful hotel just outside Puerto Escondindo close to La Punta Zicatela. Just a short walk from the playa with all the busy bars and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff. There's a lot of construction work going on in the immediate surroundings, so it's quite noisy during the day. The only issue is the price. The rooms are too expensive for what they are.

Casa TO is an architectural masterpiece. One of the most unique hotels I've experienced. The place is serene and relaxing, as well as intimate. I was a bit disappointed that the bar in the lobby was closed the days we were there and there weren't any convenient food options as there is no restaurant on site. Overall a positive experience and the beauty of the place compensated for the lack of bar or restaurant.
