Ten minute taxi ride from airport. Room was comfortable. Breakfast offered choices including eggs. Several restaurants in the area.

Not the first time staying here, the place made a very positive impression, staff are super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are very comfortable with Air-con / heating. Breakfast is plentiful and very tasty too. Supermarket over the road, short walk to town.

They over charged me and lied to me. They charged me VAT although Im not a Chilian citizen, then they told me that booking gave them this price and that I hace to contact booking for the refund, when specking to booking- the hotel told them that I signed the receipt so it means that I knew how much Im paying... On top of that, the charged extra 2500 for the credit card, they said its a "card fee" and it has nothing to do with them directley, but nowhere else in chile I was charged extra for using the card. Covid hurt a lot of businesses, but at the even of the day it doesnt allow you to take advatage of tourists. Facilities: The room was VERY noisy since its located right on the highway, the curtins was so thin that light came in constantly, and we had a light pole right outside the window so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Also, they have very few power outlets in the room. No shower curtin or door. Bottom line: for the price (even before the over charges) you can definetley get something much better.

Lovely secure place to stay, the rooms were very clean, warm and had tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are welcoming and friendly, made us feel like we were with friends. Good parking for our motorcycles, breakfast was good too. Would indeed stay here again if we need to.
