Room smelled like smoke

The location was really scary. It was me and my 18 year old daughter.

Price for comparables in area was exceptional. Problem I missed my first check in date and have still not received my refunds or security deposits back they hit the bank in mins. Then within mins was pulled back out. Any service would be appreciated.

For the price no complaints.

They have a security gate that you can only access with a key card. So that made the stay a little better. Also the Owners were really nice & understanding so that was good.

The room could have been cleaned better, there were roaches in the Bathroom/Under The Sofa/& Bed. There was trash under the bed, The pillow cases, covers & sheets were NOT clean. That's why I'm glad I always bring my own (Sheets, Covers, Blankets etc,) To any hotel or motel I go to. The toilet was over filling and spilling on the floor. So ( I ) MYSELF FIXED IT! And was told the people that stayed in the room I had before me. Messed it up, and that they snaked the toilet. But it just wasn't done good enough. The sofa was completely dirty and smelled bad. There was dust all over the furniture and mirrors in the room. The bed had dips in it, so laying on it was very uncomfortable, especially for my back. Plus all threw out the night you hear gun shots back to back. But the room just could have been cleaner.

I appreciate the fact that a key was needed to enter the motel and that visitors weren't allowed. I felt very safe there.
