The behaviour and the place

Everything was perfect

The location is great for Chania town. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, had great storage and features such as the electric blinds. Added bonus to have a balcony area.

The facilities were very misleading, the pool is small and within an open plan restaurant/bar on the top floor internally. The sauna is additional charges and hotel has to have advanced notice to turn it on. The gym is located on the stairway, is poorly equipped and no privacy. If you are booking for the facilities definitely pick another hotel.

Lo definirei non proprio un 5 stelle più un 4 stelle business. La camera al primo piano dava sulla strada era molto rumorosa difficile dormire con gli schiamazzi di sera. Molti dettagli in camera usurati e vecchi come il soffitto del bagno il bidone la doccetta rotta del bagno.

Loved staying here. The location is ideal, the staff is kind and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking the square across the street, so the noise from the street and the terrace cafe downstairs was pretty loud at night. I was going to ask to change my room but I got used to it by the third day and didn't want to give up my balcony!

Excellent breakfast with variety of local products, comfortable and well-equipped room, welcome and reception personnel is friendly and helpful. I had a delightful experience.

A hotel defined by rare honesty and genuine values The hotel is in a perfect location — elegant, quiet, and truly high in quality. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and overall the stay felt premium and comfortable. Yet, what truly sets this place apart happened after I checked out. I had accidentally left behind a large sum of cash in my room. It could have easily gone unnoticed — but instead, the team called me immediately to inform me that they had found it and kept it safely. Such honesty, integrity, and moral character are incredibly rare today. This simple yet profound act of decency turned what could have been just another hotel stay into a deeply human experience. Heartfelt thanks to the management and staff for their exceptional ethics — and I sincerely hope the breakfast will soon rise to the same level as everything else here.

However, the breakfast was unfortunately a real disappointment. It lacked variety, quality, and attention to detail — definitely not on par with the rest of the hotel’s standards.
