"It is fine in general. Staff is very nice, good location near the Kyoto station and some restaurants"

Location is great, no breakfast offers. Staff is great, and very helpful.

No breakfast offers, pillows are not comfortable, no laundry services ( could have used time to do sightseeings, instead of doing laundry!)

"Easy, walking-distance from Kyoto station"

Very central location (close to Kyoto station). Friendly and welcoming staff, many toiletries to pick if one needs.

Bathroom is very narrow and the motion sensor lamp is not the best in a small hallway.

"Great staff and amazing location."

The staff was amazing and willing to assist any time we needed them. Also having the option to wash our clothes or getting good tasting drinkable water whenever we needed was a good addition. Also the location was excellent.
