"Buen lugar para alojarse."

La ubicación es excelente. Te permite ir caminando a todos los lugares. Para ir/venir del aeropuerto el metro está a 5’ andando. Apartamento es espacioso y bien equipado. Cama confortable. Muy agradable la estancia. El personal muy amable. Tuvimos un detalle de fin de año ( vino espumoso y vino porto).

El desayuno es un poco escaso y sin variedad. La limpieza diaria está justa, no se pasa el aspirador. El baño sí lo hacen. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción, se desconectaba todos los dias teniamos que llamar para que la conectatan de nuevo. Un poco engorroso pero lo solucionaban.

Todo fue excelente, la ubicación del apartamento, es muy central, zona tranquila y todo está cerca. El servicio y la atención del personal es excelente. El apartamento es nuevo, muy limpio con muy buenas camas.

"Excellent stay in Porto!"

The property was excellent in all ways. We would stay there again if in Porto. I wish we could have stayed longer! In addition to being a great facility, Joann at the reception desk was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The apartment and building are very secure and seemingly in a safe convenient area. Lots of shops and groceries in walking distance, as well as restaurants and cafes.
