מיקום הדירה פשוט מושלם !!

מחיר ללילה באמצש מאוד יקר, בהשוואה לתמורה. ריח העובש בחדר המדרגות ובמעלית מאוד קשה. החדר סביר ולפי המתואר לא חסר כלום, אבל חסרה שם עבודת ניקיון רצינית וזה ניכר. לא ארחיב יותר.. מציע לבעלים לעצור רגע... לעשות בדק בית רציני ולחזור לפעילות. יש למקום פוטנציאל אדיר !!!

Ванная комната грязная , волосы пыль в самой ванной, душ сломан , напора воды нет Кровать с одеялом старые , подушки комком В шкафу с бельем мусор . Одеяло было заполнено односторонное в двух спальный пододеяльник, пришлось самим вставлять одеяло из шкафа . Плита грязная , посуда тоже Полы в углах пыль и мусор На потолке дыра . Стены в пятнах и потеках от мазгана . В лифте воняет канализацией

הריח בחדר מדרגות ובמעלית לא נעים. הדירה לא הייתה הכי נקיה, בייחוד מבחינת הרצפה. האמבטיה גם הייתה לא הכי נקיה וגם לא האסלה. דרוש טיפה יותר ניקיון וחידוש המוצרים בדירה, כגון סמרטוט מטבח וכו'.
