"Luxurious Hotel but bad in financial management"

Overall Hotel services were good and convenient

The hotel is not fast enough at deposit refund. I would recomend for any foreign visitor using depit Or credit card to just pay the Hotel charges and not extra deposit payment. You will not be able to cover the balance deposit. It is almost 25 days and I did not receive refund of balance deposit.

"It is a great hotel with the most beautiful views and indoor swimming pool"

The Hotel is located in a quieter area of the city which was great. The Hotel is within walking distance from a fantastic park where families play table tennis, go for walks and runs and other interesting outdoor activities.

The language barrier is a real challenge but there were 2 hotel managers that were able to converse with us. One of the managers, Wood Dai, even gave us his personal contact details in case we have any difficulty or weren't sure where to go. He said we can phone him anytime. He was fantastic and we are truly greatfull for the recommendations and assistance he gave to us. He went over and above his call of duty.

Everything-smiling incredibly attentive and helpful staff, greeted by executive chef to beautiful abundant breakfast buffet dining area-an actual honeycomb dripping into my tea, Olympic size indoor infinity pool and relaxing lounge area, huge stocked 24 hr. gym, room amenities- smart TV, spa shower, multi ports, espresso maker, super plush bathrobes, highest quality bed linens and varying pillow firmness, remote curtains, heated Toto toilet with pulsating bidet; outdoor zen garden with nary a leaf astray, luxurious lobby lounge, and every area and surface immaculately, pristine clean. The best hotel that I, a world traveler on the road always, have ever stayed in. I have a busy schedule, but stayed an extra night just to enjoy the hotel. Makes similarly starred and far far more expensive hotels in the U.S. seem like 3rd world in comparison.
