Beautiful hotel with stunning views at the sea

On a reconnect discovery road trip across Morocco when I discovered this beautiful hidden gem just outside Rabat. The property is about three years old and beautifully designed with most rooms and suites facing the ocean! As always, I only take the time to write a review when all the codes and fundamentals to rate a hotel or resort are met and Conrad Rabat Arzana ticks all the boxes! The Team Members are again what makes the difference and from being greeted by Mehdi or Yassin when driving in, the lovely Yassmina, Saha, Sara and Kawtar(?) at the Front Office will make you realise you have reach a special place... Then you will head to the pool welcome by Ayoub where with a cocktail or two served by the Bilal looking away at the ocean will reset your stress clock to Nil. And last if you get the chance to cross her path, Imane will charm you with her smile in the morning when you decide to have a breakfast. A definite MUST stay when in Rabat and my new favourite hotel in Morocco; I will return!

Stayed here for 5 nights in May. An absolute gem of a hotel. The ocean facing rooms are excellent and overlook a beach where the locals gather in the evening. The main Bar was where I spent most evenings and I can honestly say the service I received in there was probably amongst the best ever. All the staff were friendly and happy to chat . Pool was beautiful and the service around the pool was prompt and friendly. I will be returning to this hotel later in the year for my birthday which hopefully shows how special I found it.

Das Hotel ist luxuriös, gepflegt und sehr sauber.

Das Essen war hochpreisig, aber nicht gut. Es war kalt, der Service war drei Tage in Folge schlecht (Getränke und Essen kamen erst nach langer Wartezeit, das Essen war mehrfach kalt und unterdurchschnittlich im Geschmack). Das Servicepersonal bietet keine Getränke an, wenn man ein leeres Glas vor sich hat.
