A gentileza e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Todo o espaço remodelado está fantástico. A localização com estacionamento disponível muito bom. PA a pedido e extraordinário.

A área de spa não tem o pediluvio a funcionar. Pena a piscina e o jacuzzi serem exteriores. O wc dos quartos não tem temperatura regulável.

A localização. O espaço é agradável e pitoresco.

Falta de mobilidade com um carrinho de bebé. Falta de customer service do staff em proporcionar alternativas, quando alguns dos seus serviços não se encontram disponíveis O facto de não estar uma pessoa permanente na recepção. Sendo preciso ligar ou esperar que apareça alguém.

Nuevo, decoración,parking gratis, buen desayuno, muy buena recepción.

El día que estuvimos en Portalegre estaba todo cerrado, no había vida en las calles. Es una población con menos interés que Evora o Estremoz
