Fully refurbished North Belfast Home 3

Lovely and clean house. Heating was strong and very cosy in the cold weather. Beds were comfy and the property had everything we needed. Easy to park outside the property aswell which was a plus. Easy to reach everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again.

This property is not suitable to be advertised on Booking.com and the reviews are misleading and untrue. The price for this property is not justified. It is not clean and definitely not comfortable or suitable for the Winter months. We have stayed in many properties over the past 26 years and this would be the worst for the price. There are a few Health Hazards with this property: The oven, cutlery, plates, drinking glasses and cooking utensils were not clean and particularly the pots were rusty, scratched and a health hazard. We sent a message to the owner, and the pots were replaced with a new set. Unfortunately, the oven was an absolute mess and we had to clean the trays in order to use the oven. While using the oven it smoked badly, we had to keep the range hood on and the back door open to get rid of the fumes. Smoke Alarm did not work. The Fridge had not been wiped clean and the freezer had never been cleaned due to the excess ice buildup. Whilst washing the dishes we noticed the sink does not have suitable piping/plumbing and the dirty water was visibly running outside in front of the back door. The bedding is not suitable or enough for the Winters in Belfast. The bedding was not clean and only one well used blanket per bed which is insufficient considering the heating would not heat the house. The towels are well-used and definitely Not suitable for customers. The heating does NOT heat this house which made it extremely FREEZING. They are charging a cost for cleaning, but we had to clean this property in order to use it. The owner is more concerned about the cost of heating than the cleanliness or comfort for the paid customer. They say they have been in property for years but the condition of this property says otherwise. Due to the above concerns regarding this property, we had no choice but to book elsewhere and we left about 3 hours after arriving. We asked for a total refund considering we honored our side of this booking. Still no refund.

Lovely 2 bed house, beds and shower were a big hit for me and my daughter's. We felt comfortable and an easy 10 min drive to the city centre. I'd stay at this property again. Many thanks for having us.

Cleaning was not perfect, spider webs and dust bunnies in the bedrooms. Camera outside of the house, it would be fine, but it was not mentioned on the description, my consent was not asked. It is concerning.

The host, the contact before and on arrival being helpful and friendly. The place is clean, new and very big with all the facilities we needed

The pans are quite old and to be fair, I did not feel comfortable using them to cook as when using them there was a rust. Once the pans are changed, I would say it was a 100% perfect
