The facility was great, with everything available what I could ask for.

The self check-in facility was not working so we had to call the helpline number for assistance. I’m happy with the assistance. It was written that visitors cannot store baggage in locker’s beyond the checkout time. Checkout time was 11 am. It was also written that if cleaning staff arrive at 11 am and we are still in the room there will be penalty. This I feel is wrong statement. The cleaning staff should arrive after 11 am and not at 11 am. So please change at to after.

湿度が高い、現地が雨だったこともあるが除湿が出来たら最高だった。

The hotel room was a nice comfortable environment. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel and taxi service was rarely needed.
