Convenient location to Entrance 3 to the park. Comfortable rooms.

Late start for breakfast of 7:45 to make first opening of park between 7-8. Starting breakfast at 7:30 would be very helpful. Consider putting expresó machines in the room or downstairs instead of instant coffee.

Location was excellent, hosts Brian and Camilla are exceptional. Very attentive, responsive and just generally lovely people. Rooms are amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Facilities has everything you wish for. Sauna experience was very nice. We are considering to return snd experience this place in a winter time. Highly recommend to stay at this amazing place.

There is nothing we could advise to improve - it’s was perfect as it is.

Clean and modern.

They were doing construction work all day starting at 7 am until late into the evening. Drilling and pounding. The peaceful countryside retreat it was not. Also, breakfast starts at 745 AM but entry tickets to the park were available at 7 or 8. So we and most guests could not benefit from a paid for meal.

The staff (Brian and his wife - whose name I can't remember) were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciate Brian's help with jump starting our car after our battery went dead. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very nice.

The only negative is that we didn't realize that drive to Plitvica Selo from the Plitvice Lakes National Park was so far and that there wasn't much there. However, the location was very pretty and we had a great dinner at the Ethno Houses just across the street.

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort in direkter Nähe zum Eingang 3 des Nationalparks Plitvicer Seen. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann: wir hatten ein komfortables, gemütliche eingerichtetes Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert!
