Nothing,I never went inside the property since they didn't provide any code to enter.

Got charged for the amount they asked , submitted the pre-arrival form and got the confirmation it's all correct.The took the 500 dollars security deposit and never sent the code for me to enter the property.I called them several times, I've sent emails,and got no response.I decided to go to another hotel of course, filled a complaint,asked them for cancelation and a full refund, and they are saying it's a NO SHOW from my side and they are waiting to see if they can refund my money,well it's supposed to be checkout day today and still didn't received any code to go inside the property.Beyond unprofessional in all aspects.Zero capacity for solving any problems.

There was enough space for six adults, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the three bathrooms

There are no TVs in two of the rooms, and in the master bedroom the TV did not work. When we came in there was a used towel in a closet, the floors were sticky, the master bedroom shower was not clean, and there was a used eyelash on the sink in another bathroom. The property offered to have someone come out and clean, but for the price I paid that should not have happened. When they did come out they told us they rushed the cleaning so we could check in early, but yet I wasn’t able to check in until standard time.

Great location and decent price for the size of the place, good internet in the kitchen (not the bedroom).

Stains on bed, hair on towel (glad I had my own), headache causing chemical smell the first day, lots of scoffs on the wall and little broken things (door handles, missing thermostat cover, etc). Everything is cheaply made and walls are paper thin - i was unable to get work done one night cause my neighbor was snoring so loudly. Gate to property - which was the main reason I chose this place - didn't work (they went from "we're looking into it" to "yeah, it's in the description that the gate is not operational " to "actually, we're not stating anywhere that there even is a gate", yet they provided a gate code). I asked for a late checkout twice and was ignored both times.

The rooms were nice, clean and it worked out great for our weekend family get away.

Had some issues with the TV, and we could hear everything that was going on next door.

There was nothing to like but the location

The property was littered. The unit was dirty & had a strong urine smell. The lamp above the bed was hanging off the wall. The shower curtain was molded. The walls were filthy & there were knats & small bugs. Worst property I have ever stayed at. Someone even walked in the unit while we were there getting out things & they told them no one was staying in that unit. So they knew we left because it had issues.
