Staff was not friendly at all, the pool was out of service. A little renovation wouldn't hurt.

El personal del hotel no cuenta con la etica y la empatia el señor (beto) que es el encargado del hotel maria ,se le informo que no hay agua caliente y simplemente contesto que es domingo y que no tiene ninguna solocion y te alsa los ombros como diciendo que no le importa y no piede hacer nada su actitud fue grosera tuvimos 2 dias sin agua caliente no recomiendo el hotel

This older hotel met needs of cleanliness, room large, comfortable etc, WiFi good, pool area scuffy. It is far from metro area. Not inviting to walk around as a solo female traveller. No eateries closeby. Probably ok for couple. I felt.safe in hotel but not outside. Cecile. Australia.

La habitación tenía poca ventilación además de una vibra de tristeza o desolación

Es un hotel muy solicitado por lo que nos dimos cuenta, las instalaciones son sencillas. Lo único que si le hace falta es ventilar un poco las habitaciones, donde nos quedamos olía un poco a humedad y una pared ya comienza a caer la pintura por el mismo tema de la humedad Si tienen un poco más de cuidado en ese sentido, sería un mejor hospedaje. Además se agradecería que si ofrecen el servicio con alberca, se tenga llena para que podamos hacer uso de ella.

The location

The pictures posted do not match what we actually got. The pool for one was not clean or appealing! The rooms - as you open the door you can see dirty hand marks on the walls. There were obviously signs of roaches.

This hotel was a nightmare for what we paid,I was lied to about additional bed for my baby, the staff member herself said the company lied before regarding assistance with additional crib or bed to accomodation as they mentioned.I could not control the AC except for on and off so it was kinda hot. No hot water at night to bathe.I found 5 dried dead roaches and plastic wrapper under the bed. The staff did not care to help regarding my matter and also mentioned to another client I was trying to find a cheaper hotel to stay even though they never wanted to refund for the next night I never stayed.
