Great place to stay!

This property has amazing views and a very tranquil setting in good size rooms. However the toilets don't flush well there is virtually no internet Wi-Fi service the power voltage fluctuates noticeably and the roads to the property are dirt with spots that are not well maintained.

They don’t have a reception office but they have a super nice guy name Victor that is very welcoming and attentive . He gave us the tour and instructions to our room. Very clean place, pet friendly as well. Safe and quiet .

Torrential downpour during our stay which caused an existing hole in the bathroom ceiling to leak profusely and expand. Eventually the hole collapsed and most of our stuff on the counter was ruined. Pointed it out to the staff but unfortunately nothing was done except to clean it up. The next night continued to rain and the roof continued to leak. We checked out of our stay a night early as a result.

Lovely hotel with amazing views. The gentleman that checked us in was so nice and helpful. Thank you Hector!! The room is stocked with basic necessities, plus bottles of wine, soda and water. Great deal for the money. 10/10 will recommend. The one thing about Valle in general is that the roads are still all dirt, and it can be quite difficult to drive in. Especially if you have a car. Lots of big potholes. But if you drive slowly, it add the experience of going off road to your trip, lol. Love this place. Love Mexico. I cannot wait to come back2a

This place is a must visit and enjoy the views, the hot tub and everything about this place just simply amazing.

Everything was amazing. My wife and I where very happy and surprised for the marvelous property.
