I booked a room with two beds, when I received the confirmation of the reservation, the dates and the room were incorrect. After sending an email, they corrected the mistake, then when we entered the room it turned out that there was only one bed. The reservation stated that I had to pay a $200 cash deposit and pay for the room on site with a credit card, a week before the hotel contacted me and informed me that if I wanted to be sure that I had a room I had to pay 20% by bank transfer. I was already traveling with an internet limit, I agreed to transfer 20% for which I also had to pay a fee because my bank is in Europe, and until the end I was not sure if my transfer was correct because the hotel sent me incorrect bank transfer details several times. Total chaos and poorly organized management

Safe residence with security, reception was very helpful. The apartments are huge.

The showers were mostly cold and we were promised maintenance but nothing. It’s cultural i think. They take their time.
