Celebrity Inn

Staff was very nice first off. No complaints. However the property is in desperate need of some work. Room was clean but very outdated and worn. Exterior not much better. The worst problem is the absolute lack of any sound barrier. You hear every step, everything, and everyone. I was just very disappointed especially with all the fantastic reviews.

Nice quiet neighborhood near the attractions. Average accommodations. The one inconvenience was that the front desk was attended for only a couple of hours each day. We were unable to access the internet when we arrived and had no way of reaching the owners. We couldn’t find anyone and waited for 30 mins before another guest offered to contact the owner who then came to check us in.

PROS: Very clean and well-kept. Quiet area but still close to everything. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. Everything in the room worked as it should. CON: Mattresses could stand to be flipped over or turned around end-for-end, as there were low places in the main sleeping area.

It seemed secluded nestled in the trees but it was just minutes from all the restaurants & theaters. Hot breakfast and the key code was texted to us.

Everything was great. When we first walked in you tell it was clean by the smell. Cleaning staff was friendly and very helpful. Owner was wonderful. I have had 8 back surgeries and haven’t slept through the night in 15 years but I did there. We stayed 5 nights and the bed was so comfortable I slept through the night every night and my back didn’t hurt when I woke up. Will definitely be staying here every year on our family vacation. I didn’t want to leave.

We will definitely stay here again. We had never heard of this hotel and I’m so glad I stumbled upon it. It was nice and clean, pet friendly but was so peaceful. Beautiful views yet close to everything. Easy hassle free check in all from your phone yet someone there if you need them. They had a hot breakfast but we didn’t get up in time for it. Beds was comfortable and they have over sized thick bath towels to boot.

How can this motel be 8.6 beware it's a lie. The whole property is dirty all carpets inside an outside area filthy, room fridge broken not working, furniture all need upgraded scratched up bad. Bathroom so small hardly can turn around. Breakfast wow milk was spoiled, sausage soggy gross, no hot water to make tea, coffee so strong 6 creamers could not soften the bitterness wanted to water it down but hot water did not work on coffee maker. Bananas were old soft almost rotten I will never stay here again ever.

Excellent hotel

Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast had hot biscuits and gravy along with scrambled eggs and sausage patties and more everyday 😋 We LOVED the keyless combination door locks for our room! Checked in thru text messages was another plus! The staff and their service was as good as it gets! Price was good! Close and very convenient to everything Branson! Will Definitely stay here on our next trip to Branson! Exceeded our expectations! TOTALLY FIVE STARS!!!
