Celebrity Inn

It was in a great location. Starbucks and Wendy’s very close. Old motel taken very good care of. Remember, this is not a resort. It was a GREAT place to sleep. Accepted pets, ice machine by office, parked by our room. Digital key room entry was the best. No check in hassle and no physical key. LOVED NOT LOOKING FOR A KEY TO GO INSIDE ROOM!!! A breakfast to start your day!!! I was worried because of the inexpensive price during July 4. WORTH EVERY MONEY!!!

Formerly known as the Polar Bear Inn, this is a very old motel, and it shows. It is clean and well maintained, but the rooms are small with limited amenities. The bed was great, and everything worked. Don't worry about access, as the motel is on the side of a hill, so every floor is at ground level. Standing in the tub, I could easily push up the ceiling tiles, and the shower curtain was six inches too long for the tub. I had to tighten the screws on the bathroom door knob and the seat bolts on the toilet. They checked me in by text before I got there, and texted me the PIN number for the door lock, which simplified things. The breakfast is good, but a little monotonous. Every day there are sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, bread and bagels for toast, and two kinds of cereal. The juice and coffee are good. It's a low-budget motel, and not bad, but not excellent. We chose it because it was the only motel that would accept our pet (a small parrot). Most pet-friendly motels only accept dogs and cats, for some reason.

They were able to get us in the same day. We were given a nice pet friendly room. The desk attendant was very helpful and friendly on the phone. The TV worked with all channels, beds comfy, big showers and good breakfast. Nice quaint grounds secluded from the hype in town directly. We would stay again and they do offer extended stay rooms when available which we may need in the future. Thank you to all the staff! The only thing I should suggest is to have a dog poop bags dispenser by the pet area. We did have our own but it's nice to have them available as well. Or a pooper scooper.

We stayed at this very peaceful, quiet away from the strip motel this past week. It has been totally remodeled and made beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the lamps and clock had LOTS OF PLUG INS/USB spots, traveling means you need those ! it was really quiet kind of in the woods but only 5 minutes off they 76 strip!! Perfect place. Has an outdoor, indoor heated pool, and hot tub. We took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub, they were actually heated perfectly!! The pool was not cool like most indoor heated pools . The whole management, was awesome and very accommodating, along with the maintenance and housekeepers!! The whole place was beautiful, quiet, PET FRIENDLY, and just very relaxing . Breakfast was eggs, sausage, gravy, muffins cereal pancakes very fresh every morning. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK HERE NEXT TIME. !
