Hotel Mangata

We liked the open air, common areas & the in room air conditioning was heavenly. The location is great! The staff was helpful and kind.

Minor but noteworthy, there was no shower head on the shower. The shower knob kept falling off.

Nice that there was free breakfast

This property was incredibly disappointing. We turned up and the hotel was a building site with lots of building materials and workmen around. Check in took 40 mins and the reception muddled up our deposit and outstanding payment. The room was dark and unclean and the beds were like sleeping on a plank of wood. The sheets weren’t clean and had food remanence on them. It was untidy and had a chaotic atmosphere for most of the time.

Price for value ratio extremely low, even for this relatively low price point.
