OYO Hotel Opp AL, Floral Hwy

The pictures on expedia must be when the hotel was brand new. Paint, carpet, bed, holes in the walls, sink and toilet nasty. Everything was nasty. Many homeless living on property. Everything about it was awful. Property really should be condemned. Expedia needs to take it off their site.

It was disappointing and disgusting. Looked to be like it had never been vacuumed and the carpet looked to have ‘adult’ stains.

Had a clean bed to sleep in that's all!!

There was no water on the top floor, some rooms had a lot of issues

Toilet didn't flush No hot water No trash can No smoke detecter Management said they're working on it.

Wonderful staff, unparalled willingness. Do not believe the negativity.

Everything else. I didn’t stay. I was there for 5 min & left to find somewhere else. It was dirty, the top bolt on the door was busted, the back of the regular lock was gone, an old room key was on the dresser, a cigarette butt was on the bathroom floor beside hair, I was genuinely scared.

The room was dirty, and I have been given the runaround about getting my full refund. We left within 10 minutes of arrival and did not return to that hotel. We found lodging somewhere else.
