Arryvo Hotel

Localização muito boa. A recepção tem acesso pela cidade nova, mas uma porta nos fundos do hotel dá acesso direto à cidade velha. Acesso à pé a todos os pontos turísticos principais de Lecce. O café da manhã é excelente e superou minhas expectativas, assim como os profissionais que trabalham servindo e preparando o café da manhã. Quarto sem luxos, mas confortável e completo, com tudo o que se precisa. Pedi uma chaleira para esquentar água e me foi fornecido imediatamente. Voltaria a este hotel.

O hotel não tem estacionamento e isso é dito claramente nas informações da reserva, mas tem um estacionamento privado poucos metros antes do hotel, a 15Euros/dia, muito conveniente para deixar o carro. Antes da estadia fiz mais de um contato com o hotel e não me repassaram essa informação. Acho que poderiam ter ajudado.

Comfortable, quiet room, good beds, modern bathroom, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff – but what makes it outstanding is the clever design of the rooms and the hotel. The rooms were in a separate section accessible by key card and had an exit right into the old town, 5 min from the cattedrale. Another big plus: a guest laundry (easy instructions painted on the wall!). Parking was off the main entrance in a parking lot. The AC shut off when the window was opened. Instructions were painted on the wall, e.g. ‚Always on‘ said one outlet (charging all these gadgets we need nowadays) even when the key card was not in its slot.

Our stay at Arryvo was truly wonderful! The hotel offers spacious rooms, an extremely comfortable bed, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every day, with a great variety of options to enjoy. What made our experience even more special was Daniele at the front desk, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. Arryvo felt like a family run hotel, everyone was so warm, kind, friendly, helpful and caring. We cannot say enough about the incredible staff (especially Frederica). This was such a bonus and added to our overall (first) stay in Lecce. Our room was a decent size for 2 people, had everything we needed and spotlessly clean (as was the whole hotel). The hotel; which is about a 20 minute walk from the train station, is located at the entrance to the historical old town where you can visit all the shops, cathedrals and restaurants. The breakfast; which is served to you, no buffet, was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Lecce for the first time.
