worst experience. I had taken two rooms first from 23rd to 26th and second from 25th to 26th August 2022. First room experience. 1.The room was very small according to the charges. 2.The curtains of the room were very dirty. 3.Soap and towels were not received even on demand, they were found in the next day evening. 4.Bathroom geaser was not present and i asked about it they replied that we don't have any geaser in any bathroom. 5. Very bad smell came from lift. Second room experience.( Room No 214 ) 1.The room was very small according to the charges. 2.The curtains of the room were very dirty. 3.The bathroom shower was not working. 4.Water tap was not working properly. 5.Bathroom geaser was not present. 6.Very bad smell came from lift. 7.The charges of this room told to us was 1300 rs including gst but when i checked out from the hotel on the next morning the charges became 1700 rs. I talked to the manager of the night for this, then we were told that you must not have heard properly. The room charges are same as your previous room, I said breakfast was included in that room but not in the other one. He had no answer. And one more thing which is very important for everyone, The bathroom window is at the staircase,so if anyone is at the stairs he/she can see through that inside, whether it is day or night. And i experienced that and had incident that someone was watching from outside, when i made a sound, he went away.it happened two times. There is no response to the complaint from the reception and the manager, even after asking to put an online review, the matter was postponed.

Location is very good, very close to char bag metro, railway and bus stand. Market too close
