Staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast, good position of the hostel, bathrooms are clean

Unfortunatly I found lot of bugs in the room, also in my backpack. The stuff took immediatly care of it when I told them. The whole hostel smells like mould, it was a rainy week, still the smell was pretty intense

"Perfect stay in Lençois"

I spend 4 days around new years in Hi Hostel. Everything was great : the rooms, the bathroom, the delicious breakfast and especially all the nice Brazilian people I met there. Thank you Juan for all the advices you gave me and long live Hi Hostel Chapada.

The shower gets flooded at times but it's hard to do anything about it since so many people are using it.

"Pleasant"

The hostel is well located, has the necessary facilities (kitchen, patio, lockers, etc.). It was clean.

I went on a tour on the check-out day and wanted to take a shower after returning and then leave for the night bus. This turned out to be a big problem and they wanted me to pay 20 Reais just for the shower and the waste of energy.. in my opinion - totaly ridiculous as a hostel
