"Bad service"

We had to call them to get the pin for the lockbox . No information was provided before of how we should check in . That time I have texted them 2 day prior to checking in and the day before but they didn’t respond. They way so quick to send the information on how to check out . Even called us at 10 am to make sure we are out .

The sea and Table Mountain is awesome

Everything is fine,attested by the fact that I always stay here everytime I want my peace and tranquility.

The constant absence of WI-FI when I first came but was eventually attended to by the maintenance staff.

The view

Terrible communication with Propr the rental agent. . They let us down very badly. They took hours to reply to messages. Our 2 day working holiday was impossible because we had no wifi. The heater in the apartment was broken. Equipment was missing to cook with. All the soap dispensers were empty. But the worst was trying to communicate with Propr. Never again!
