All Pillows had no pillow cases and there is zero view. One drain was blocked and the one basin was pulled slightly off the wall.

الحمامات ليس بها شفاط للروائح وابواب الحمامات سحاب دون مفتاح يعني توقع ضيف بالحمام بأي لحظة 🤣، وايضا مغاسل الحمامات كانت مسدودة يعني مشكلة المكان بالحمامات حقيقة غير كدا الامور ماشية

مكان إقامة رائع ونظيف مجهز بكل مانحتاج كان الأمان فيه عالي

No tea towels in the kitchen to dry hands when prepping a meal

Very well laid out and great use of space. The unit is very private as it's separate from the main building. Beautifully furnished and pretty well equipped. You really get a feel for the original cape as it's a refurbished old building with it's own little stoep. It's great for a family and the location is superb! Close to lots of restaurants, V & A Waterfront, Greenpoint Stadium etc. Secure parking is also a bonus and security is great, using biometrics.

Staff were not professional or friendly considering this is a hospitality industry. The handyman was the most friendly. The unit was only serviced when we complained and then it was not thorough. Towels and toilet paper were not replaced until we complained. The Webber braai was never cleaned nor the dishwasher emptied. Clothing storage is not sufficient for a decent length of stay (we stayed 10 days). There is no dressing table with mirror to dry hair or do make up. You have to find a plug away from a mirror. There is no shelf in the bathrooms for cosmetics. There are no towel rails for hand towels etc. The lamps are not plugged in as plugs are ample, but not well placed. The minimalistic decor is great but with the above things lacking, it's not practical. Sadly, the pool was being renovated at the time of our stay and we were not informed before hand. This was a high season booking so it was high season rates and badly timed for renovations.
