Given multiple reminders to clean the floor and the refrigerator wasn't cleaned till the last day of leaving. Not enough utensils available to call it Service Apartment No Gas / Induction Top Breakfast service is very unhygienic; They look and count how much you are eating Time shared is 8:30 -10AM, but if you come around 9:30AM, then they have faces and the serving staff start eating with you in the same area.

We had an excellent stay at Viswa Service Apartment. The place is well-staffed with dedicated teams for administration, service, and cleaning, making everything easy and convenient. Whether we needed a shirt ironed or wanted to buy fresh fruit, they took care of it promptly. The apartment we stayed at was a comfortable 3-bedroom unit with air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and generator backup, ensuring a relaxing stay. The morning breakfast was also excellent, adding to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay—it was a fantastic deal!

Location was far from main tourist spots and breakfast was decent but not that good.
INProperty was in main location. Felt safe to have women at service desk being with family and kid. Breakfast was good. Did not like bathroom, it was cleaned but smells. Also booked as service apartment expecting kitchen use for family. But it was shared, didn't expect that.. they could have asked and intimated before.. otherwise things are fine.
