"Pathetic stay in gurugram"

Hotel staff asked for extra price even after we have pre-confirmed with Oyo customer care 2nd No electricity backup in the place, due to unusual weather conditions the transformer of the year was not working but if your having a hotel you must have a generator or good backup source. We have slept in deep regret with extreme heat in the rooms. Pathetic property doesn't allow future bookings to this hotel.

"Horrible Reception Etiquette"

Location fine

Never accept the room which is beside the reception.Lot of disturbance as everyone passes by the room.Unfortunately they mentioned to you that is the only room left else no room.

Ok Location

Payment issues.Reserved through Booking.com for one price.The front desk did not care about the booking.com price and they charged higher price as they see a different price as per their booking and in cash.They never issued bill for the cash that I paid even after multiple requests.

The property had no intimation of the booking from OYO so they refused us access. Spoke to OYO customer care from the property who acknowledged the booking but were unable / unwilling to pass on the booking to the property so they cancelled the booking and processed a refund and so I had to book directly with the property at a premium of 150% from the original booking. Great racket between OYO and the property with Booking.Com unknowingly abetting the same. I trusted the booking since I used the booking.Com portal but unfortunately had a harrowing experience . My trust in booking.Com is very shaken .
