La habitación fue muy cómoda

La piscina en los 5 días que estuvimos solo le realizaron una vez el aseo la atención del personal es súper mala y dicen que esta súper cerca a Pereira y resulta que esta a más de 20 minutos en carro

Tuve una mala experiencia con el hospedaje, llegué y no había habitaciones disponibles y me acomodaron en otro hotel, sin piscina y viejo. A 30 min de distancia de este hospedaje.

absolutamente nada

Pesimo servicio, llame a confirmar la reserva y resulta que me la iban a cancelar, cosa que no hicieron nunca, si no hubiera llamado me hubiera encontrado con la sorpresa que no tenia reserva porque estaban llenos, no tuvieron la decencia de notificarme, la escusa es que no pueden bajar la disponibilidad en booking. NO LO RECOMIENDO NO SON SERIOS.
