I booked 2 rooms in advance and travelled all the way from kashmir took about 7 hours to reach to peshawar but hotel refused me to check in the reason was rooms are full , they sold my rooms to someone else how pathetic is that . Very very unprofessional people's I been through a very hard time had a wife with me and couldn't find room somewhere else either. They doesn't give preference to booking.com customers. I have complained to booking.com but no reply yet.

Absolutely nothing very very pathetic behaviour.
