It's like you order something AliExpress and you will receive something different so I booked the best room and I see a big difference 🤮

Staff was unprofessional. Sheets and towels were not properly washed. Cupboard and drawers were old and malfunctioning.washroom ceiling was damaged

When I entered the property, I could tell it was not just a typical guest house. The lawns amused me and the walking space inside the guest house. My room was Room 820, had a really good terrace outside. I walked inside the guest house and felt very secure because of the environment it felt like I'm at home. I asked them to take care of the bedsheets and pillow cover before arriving, and they delivered. Food was fresh they took 45 mins on my order but the food was hygienic and tasted real good. The staff was professional yet friendly The location has my heart

The location was ideal; however, my overall experience was terrible.

The rooms were extremely dirty, with stained curtains and a bag of leftover food in the fridge that had mould. The bed sheets were also stained, and one of the pillows appeared to have a blood stain on it. The bedside table had a cracked glass top, which could have easily caused an injury. Additionally, we observed staff members arguing with one another, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. One of the sockets was completely hanging off the wall, which should not be allowed for safety reasons. I am very disappointed that the advertisement on booking.com is completely misleading.
