Like the ethnic look of the property. The manager Mr. Hamza was a nice guy. He upgraded the room without any extra charge.

Need to keep the property clean.

I like the hotel location was quiet. The guy who works at front desk when I did check in was warm welcoming friendly and helpful really appreciated.

Television did not work. Door lock did not work I could not lock my room door.

There were comfortable area for family, the room was in good conditions

The Air conditioning system was not working properly and the staff was not that much active

Comfort was average but overall good

We were three cousins and stayed here — it was an excellent experience. The environment felt just like home and was safe in every way. You can come here with your family without any worries, it’s extremely safe. Special thanks to the owner, Mr. Z. A. Swati, who is very friendly and always helpful. Even if you ever need any assistance in Peshawar city, he is available just like an elder brother! A heartfelt thanks to Hamza Bhai, Z. A. Swati Sir, and the entire staff for their support!

Staff Uniforms: All staff members should wear proper uniforms that reflect the establishment's brand and maintain a consistent image. 3. Breakfast Provision: Complimentary breakfast for guests on the next day is not a necessity. However, if offered, it should be clearly communicated in the booking details or upon check-in.
