Lage: großartig! Sauberkeit: kein 2 Bettlagen..bezogene/gebrauchte Betten im Schrank In der Dusche lag noch Schmutz und Duschzeug vom Vorgänger Wasserdruck schlecht!

Also die Lage ist wirklich toll und die Austattung ist gut. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit

Also klar es ist eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung, aber sobald die Sonne rauskommt heizt sich die Wohnung extrem auf (keine Klimaanlage!). Man konnte die Fenster nicht so richtig öffnen und im Schlafzimmer konnte man das Rollo nicht mehr hoch machen. Es ist dadurch unerträglich warm gewesen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht wirklich gegeben…

Wir (1 Erw. Und 4 Kinder) haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Genügend Platz, Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend und die Lage für uns perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einzig allein die Wärme in der Wohnung hat uns (trotz Klimaanlage) zu schaffen gemacht. Danke.

"Centrally located in Leipzig."

Clean spacious apartment. Elevator with only one additional flight of stairs. Very safe and convenient location. Good communication with the Company representatives. Located directly on Nikolaistrase, a main pedestrian walkway. Very close to the train station.

The noise. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights were too loud to sleep. Yelling and fighting noises made it impossible to have the windows open for cooler air. Sunday and Monday were much quieter. Nothing the apartment owners could have done, as they do provide a fan. Just difficult to sleep well.
