Host Vivi was very kind and professional. She does not speak English but she had a whole system with a translation app to provide a tour and explain the amenities in English - so clever! The room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower.

The room air conditioning worked well but we couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature because it was all in Chinese. It was either very cold (19-20C) or turned off.
