Très bel hôtel, bien placé. Chambre propre, grande, bien agencée et déco recente. Personnel adorable.

La mauvaise insonorisation. Le confort est donc dépendant du respect des autres clients. Ce n'était malheureusement pas le cas pour nous lors de notre sejour. Dommage car l'hôtel est vraiment parfait sur tous les autres points.

The elevator was extremely slow, and the lighting in the room could have been better and more aesthetic. My friend and I chose this hotel after reviewing the ratings and feedback online, and overall everything was fine except for the behaviour of one night staff member, who unfortunately seemed to forget basic customer service standards and behaved rudely toward us on two occasions. We were approached regarding playing music, smoking in the balcony area, and allowing one guest into the room for a short period of time. When I politely raised concerns about the way we were being addressed, the staff member ignored them and told me, “You have 5 minutes to get rid of the visitor,” which was quite insulting in front of our guest. When I asked to speak with the manager, he responded by saying, “I am the manager,” which honestly did not appear to be true. As Ibiza is widely known for its party atmosphere, we were under the impression that playing music in the room and smoking on the balcony while maintaining proper safety precautions would be acceptable. However, the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the night staff member made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the behaviour of the other staff members — especially the kind senior lady at reception — was exceptional and helped make our stay more comfortable. I would kindly request that management provide additional customer service training to staff and clearly communicate hotel policies regarding music, smoking, and visitors during check-in in order to avoid similar situations in the future.

Nos encantó todo de este hotel! Está recién renovado, la cama comodísima y ubicación de 10. El personal es encantador! Repetiremos seguro cuando volvamos a la isla!!
