У отеля хорошее расположение, пляж и все необходимое рядом. Завтраки обычные. Цена для жанного отеля высоковпта рядом жиди в более бюджетном по стоимости отеле, но со значительно более высоким уровнем сервиса. Очень не понравился штраф в млн донгов за сушку одежды в номере. При этом балклна нет ванной нет н одного кручка или что-то на чем можно было бы хотя бы нижнее белье повешать. Да, вокруг много прачесных и недорогих, но как сушить купальник и нижнее белье??? Второй раз здесь не останавлюсь

The slow A/C cooling in the horrible hot weather and them not using their A/C at the lobby really killed the vibe of the stay. Otherwise the breakfast and room were decent. The staff were also not particularly friendly. They were just doing their jobs. Probably only liked just the bell boy who helped us with our luggages. He was really nice.

The staff in the hotel were very helpful. Nancy was always smiling and asking if everything was good and if I needed anything. I would definitely go back.

Breakfast was mainly Asian dishes as you would expect.

I only like the location

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival for check-in, the reception area had no air conditioning. I was literally sweating while waiting to complete the check-in process. I had originally booked the hotel for three nights. However, due to my visa expiry date, the hotel informed me that I would only be allowed to stay for two nights, which I understood and accepted as it was explained to be a government policy. I therefore paid for the two nights in advance. The following day, I left the hotel at 6:00 AM to visit Bana Hills and returned after 10:00 PM. To my surprise, the reception staff stopped me and demanded additional payment for the second night's stay. The explanations given were inconsistent. Initially, I was told that the room rate had changed. Later, I was told that Booking.com had charged a different rate for that night. Afterwards, another reason was provided. The staff member's behaviour was rude and unprofessional. His communication in English was poor, yet he repeatedly asked me, "Do you understand English?" which I found disrespectful and inappropriate. The room cleanliness was also below standard, and I have photographs to support my concerns. The hotel staff even instructed guests to maintain a specific room temperature, which is something I have never experienced despite staying in many hotels around the world. In addition, the breakfast quality was poor, and the swimming pool was dirty and not properly maintained. Based on my experience, I strongly believe that the Da Nang tourism authorities should conduct a detailed inspection of this property. On Booking.com, this hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion, it does not meet even basic 2-star standards. The facilities, cleanliness, and customer service were far below expectations. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, mainly due to the poor service, lack of professionalism, and inadequate facilities.
