Theft case All cash money gone and no assistance from staff

Lovely location. The wifi was down, but were prompt to fix it when we arrived. Hendrick was super kind and so welcoming

Staff are friendly. Villa is clean and presented like images. Comfy beds. In a quiet and private lane.

We stayed for 6 nights, had the Villa cleaned once. The living room door doesn’t close properly & there was heavy down pour of rain so we woke up to puddles. The Door banged throughout the night. The lights didn’t work on the outside, we requested instructions on how to work them however they still didn’t work. There’s only 3 sun loungers & there was 4 of staying so we requested an extra sun lounger and never received it. We also used the laundry services & our clothes came back stained. There is lots of damage in the property, big crack on the mirror & walls damaged with paint falling off. On departure the management tried to claim that we damaged a toilet seat and charge $40AUD for a new one. We never damaged the seat but they argued we did. If I was coming to bingin/uluwatu stay else where, especially for the money.

The bath was quite dirty and sandy The cooking utensils were not good at all old and worn out

Super Villa! We loved the two big bedrooms and the swimming pool. Also the location is perfect! We stayed here for three nights and would definitely come back here next time.
