The location was near shopping, eateries and the beach. There is direct access to the beach and laundry on the premises. Easy check in and reserved parking in a secure parking garage. There is a gym and concierge service as needed.

My stay at Mare 1562 is the best place to stay with comfort, cleanliness, friendliness with such a beautiful view. Accessible to many shops, markets & restaurants. i Love my Island!! See you again soon….

The apartment we stay inside the unit felt moist all the time , no music like they told me in the lobby it was a old builing we spend most of the time out of the unit due to the moisture and the damp mess in the room and the parking garage. Also the advertisement of the outside place was totally off. They need to update the advertisement.

Great access to a beautiful beach. The only thing they need to give you better directions and state that the facility is in the ESJ towers, other than that everything was outstanding.

My mom and I had a tight budget for a short vacation. This property was PERFECT. We had a beautiful view of the water, easy beach access, a cafe in the lobby, a grocery around the corner, and a kitchen.

Overall a great stay!

I down graded my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars because the pool was not in operation. It has been under construction since May of 2023! I think the ad should have mentioned that. We never saw the downstairs restaurant open, the stove is wedged in sideways next to a washer and dryer that are not hooked up, very hard to cook on. There were coin operated washers and dryers several floors down, but who wants to spend vacation in a laundromat. You could only use the beach until 6 PM. It was easy to contact the property manager and he responded to our questions within a short time period. The view from the balcony was very nice, however, you are looking over the tops of other buildings to see the water. We were within walking distance to several restaurants, there was on site free parking for our rental car, and the fitness center was easy to access. I might stay again for a short stay, but not for anything longer than 2 days. The pool was a main reason for choosing this property.
