Condomínio com muita estrutura. Piscinas, acesso à praia, academia, mercadinho 24h, restaurante. Um pouco afastado da cidade, mas para quem está de carro, esse é um ponto positivo, pois a praia do Condomínio fica mais vazia.

As luminárias são baixas, bati minha cabeça várias vezes nas luminárias kkkk. Pessoas altas devem ter cuidado.
