We returned to the apartment for the second time. We stayed here last year as well. But this time for a longer period. This also shows that we are completely satisfied with the accommodation service. The handover of the apartment is going smoothly. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view is stunning. The neighbors are nice and quiet. There is a building renovation on the neighboring building. But the mechanics only work during business hours, and we were always on the road during that period, so the construction noise didn't bother us at all. The apartment is in a good location. There are also many restaurants, shops and shopping centers nearby. It is also located in an advantageous location from the point of view of public and car transport. The apartment has an underground garage. But because of the narrow road sections, I only recommend it to drivers with a good driving routine. Attention! The parking lot next to the building (parking spaces marked M) can only be used by local residents. It cost us 60 euros to learn this rule. 😅 But that didn't change our mood either. We had a great time. Thank you very much for providing us a late check-out! I'm sure we'll be back.

The view directly to the ozean and the location

The location is great, the ocean view from the balcony is awesome (although the sea view from the bedroom is restricted by the blinds, which was a little disappointing). The underground parking is a must in this part of the city.

There were a few minor problems with the apartment but they were addressed very quickly by the hosts. There is rennovation going on in one of the sections of the building (as of July 2024), and the noice may bother a little bit at day time. The notoriгos pillars in the parking may indeed be challenging for bigger cars; with a small car you just need to focus a little bit for a few moments. The parking process itself was quite easy.

We recommend the accommodation to everyone. The guidance, the transfer of the accommodation, the execution of the transaction were all perfect, discreet and flexible. Everything went smoothly. Before our departure, our hosts made a very kind gesture towards us. Thank you again for this! The apartment is in a very good location. The beach promenade, restaurants and the shopping center are also very close. We rented a car (and the hotel gave us a parking space in the underground garage), but the bus stop is also a few steps away (if someone prefers public transport). The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We felt like we were at home. The view is beautiful and atmospheric. The price is very reasonable. The area is quiet and peaceful, you can hear the rolling waves of the ocean all day long. This island is like the Garden of Eden. Everyone should see this! People are nice and helpful. We didn't have any negative feelings during our stay there. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely come back and stay in the same place. Thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect for us! But if you have a bigger (wider) car, you need a good driving routine to approach the parking space in the underground garage. Actually it didn't cause any problems for us (we rented a Renault Clio). So this is only a warning to new drivers. Anyway, there were much bigger cars in the garage and there is a parking lot in front of the building, and we noticed that there were free spaces every evening.

View and location

Too small. No aircon. Parking too tight to get to. Got a fine for parking outside in residents parking. Then the hire car was maliciously scratched with a sharp object by an agrieved resident. (becasue i unknowingly parked there). Cost me 150 Euros excess and a fine of 60 Euros. Advert says unit can accommodate a third person. The option for a third person was to sleep on a matress placed on the lounge floor. Unless it is a minor child, I would not suggest it is recommended for 3 people. TV was not working when we arrived. No beach towels. On the positive side, a repair man came a fixed it immediately. And bought a fan.

The view from the balcony was great. The host was very helpful and available. The apartment was well equipment and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. It is easier to have a smaller car when using the parking (but it is the case for almost every indoor parking in Madeira). The passages for cars are narrow and you have to be careful when parking. We have a SUV and it was a bit a challenge to park.
