Rooftop with a hot tub (but didn't work 2 out of 3 days)

Check in was difficult - had a 3 minute video with clear instructions but didn't get delivered due to low data and no wi-fi until long after we arrived and couldn't get in and had to walk to dinner and try to log on... Then the door manages to lock from the outside so we got locked out trying to explore the rooftop and though they were quick to solve our predicament, felt like a silly design...the hot tub was one of the main attractions and got luke warm after 7 hours of heating...required 12+ hours before we could finally use it...and the location is far from town- we walked once but wouldn't again. House was very hot and insulated and kept heat in, no AC and two standing fans were struggling to keep it cool enough even though outside was plenty breezy. Beds were mediocre and loud and squeaky and woke up other roommates with any rolling.

Nice location, quite place, very good communication

Generally needs better cleaning and there is no basic things like salt, olive oil, kitchen paper, trash bags which we think its a must at this price!

Bed a bit hard, as we have been the first guest in season was a little moldy smell in the appartment, bed not 100% clean, some basic stuff like oil, salt, pepper, cleaning stuff was missing, very tight parking spot

The exterior of the house is really nice - a beautiful garden and terrace with a mountain view and jacuzzi. The nice element is the washer dryer. But that is all that was good about this accommodation.

Our stay was disappointing. The house smells like mold, especially the kitchen. Many insects everywhere. No dishwasher (which was promised in the description). Someone's hair in the bed. Broken wine glasses. When we complained, we heard that if we want a better stay we should go to a 5-star hotel. Agreed, but there should be something between a luxurious and an unworthy stay. Beware of bats that are flying into the house at night if you leave your windows open and ants that will try to get to your food.
