Хорошие апартаменты. Школа рядом не мешала. Хороший вид на океан в дали из одной спальни и холла. Очень чисто.

Немного не хватало кондиционера, особенно под утро. Если открыть окна, то шум от дороги мешает отдыхать. А с закрытыми окнами душно.

Wonderful living room with a Great view on the sea

Just a little bit loud in the smaller room as it goes trough the main street, but with a couple of earplugs all is fine 🙂

The apartment is spacious and offers a great view. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a coffee machine, a toaster, and other essentials. The property is clean and well-maintained. The agency provides detailed check-in and check-out instructions, and communication is efficient. Street parking is available in front of the building. The owners also provided a list of nearby restaurants, bars, and supermarkets — all easily accessible by car, within approximately 5 minutes. Funchal is 10-15 mins by car. One of the bedrooms is close to a school, so children's voices can be heard in the morning. The other bedroom faces a regional road, where passing cars are audible. These sounds are noticeable but not disruptive.

There is no balcony, but this does not significantly affect functionality of the apartment. You can still witness great sunrise from the bedroom and living room windows.

1. The wifi completely didn’t work in one of the room! It creates a terrible situation for travelers because it forces me to use my own data during my travel 2. There is terrible smell from both of the bathrooms- maybe from the sewage because there’s nothing visibly I can find that create the smell. They stink and prevent me from wanting to step inside of either of the bathrooms! This creates a bad experience for me in the house
