Mooie locatie

Wij hebben ruim 10 maanden geleden geboekt en zouden aankomen op donderdag om er te verblijven. Donderdag is echter een vaste rustdag in het verblijf. Zowel Booking.com als het verblijf zelf, hebben dit niet vermeld. Zo kon het gebeuren dat er letterlijk niemand aanwezig was in het hotel. Wij zijn al jarenlang via boeking aan het reizen. Wiens verantwoordelijkheid dit is om te melden weet ik niet. Het is de snelste manier om klanten weg te jagen! Vraag: Hoe kan dit worden opgelost zodat de gasten weten waar zij aan toe zijn?
