Very central and quiet. Spacious with nice balconies. Fully equipped kitchen plus aircon in bedrooms. Comfortable beds

Water pressure in shower v low. Needed blockout on the bedroom curtains. Fridge cupboard hinges broken - these issues did not detract from our stay though

Clean linen Welcome pack, bottle of wine, rusk, chocolate and tea and coffee sachets. Underground parking A fair amount of utensils, I a nice stove and microwave of which I did not use. Clean linen and white towels. Quite neighbourhood. Walking distance to lovely restaurants and coffee shops. .

Opted for the option to pay at property. Immediately got an email requesting a photo of me, my identication card and credit card. I declined to give the information. Booking.com clearly states do not give your credit card info online. I notified bookin.com and they did not intervene. The drama started. The next day the full amount was taken from my credit card without my authorisation. Ongoing conflict with the management company and unfortunately I could not cancel. Jessica from the management tried to resolve the issues of non-disclosure at the time of booking and apologised for the manner in which her colleague treated me. The front gate is faulty and not easy to lock. The pics on this site are not a true reflection of the furniture in the apartment including the curtains. Staged or photoshopped. 2 dinning room chairs, a completely different coach which was dirty. I took the green throw from the bedroom and covered the coach. The kitchen counter was smeared with water stains. I had to wipe it down. The mini bat fridge had a stone keeping the door closed. On entrance the apartment looks and smells stale. The patio was dirty. The two bedrooms upstairs look like the pic. This apartment needs upgrading 😕 .

The location was fantastic. Close to all the tourist sites. It was a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. The washing machine was a great touch.

The fridge was really small and it was difficult to store groceries for a family of four. The kitchen only has a prep bowel and no proper sink, so washing dishes is a bit of an issue. This can pose a problem to a foodie. A dishwasher would be a nice addition.

It was perfectly located, it was affordable and it was clean
