NALU Valencia Boutique Rooms

Everything was perfect. Really ideal location, right in the most beautiful part of the city centre, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops, public transport, yet calm. Felt safe and quiet, perfectly comfortable and once again: we can’t think of anything that can be better. Bathroom was sensational and they had my favourite Rituals line! Hair drier actually worked, which is a first for me. Beds were comfortable and spacious. The cleaning staff was exceptional and one of the nicest I’ve experienced- they didn’t wake us up even once. Spotless room every time. Thanks to the prompt response and reaction of the staff we had the most perfect stay we could ask for. We’ll be back! Ok one little suggestion, maybe a full length mirror (you have bathroom and wardrobe mirrors, they aren’t full length) but it was a 10/10 without one too.

La ubicación es 10/10, el espacio común es precioso y cuenta con taquillas, baño y agua, por si necesitas dejar la maleta y viajar más tarde. La habitación tiene una cama súper cómoda, con amenities de buena calidad (champú, jabón de manos, acondicionador, etc.). Además, dejan dos botellas de agua, cápsulas de café y galletas de cortesía. ¡Nos encantó!

Lo único negativo es que se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones de al lado y cuando había gente en la zona común.

Being above a nightclub. Not enough sound proofing between rooms. Could hear someone being sick. Doors banging during the night

Got details of how to get by email and they also sent me a message on What’s App. I used What’s App and left message to say we were there as requested but they didn’t get back to me so I had to ring them. All turned out ok in the end.
