"They need to get the squirrels out of the attic."

Location and staff

There were squirrels living in the attic and they would go crazy at night. The coffee pot cord could only reach the outlet if you put it on the floor.

"Ildywild - June 2026"

Ildywild is a quaint area and the downtown near the hotel is a fun walk-about location. Ildywild Inn is in the heart of it so easy walk to coffee, wine, food, etc. The property is rustic and cozy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a wood-burning rock fireplace. Beds are comfortable. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

One minor problem was the original room I was in was a bit noisy between a rattling vent/duct in the ceiling and the people in the adjacent room yell-talking at each other with tv at a loud volume. The staff was super accommodating and moved me without issue. The second room met all the points of interest for why I booked at the Inn.
